“Working with web technologies is incredibly exciting. It feels like there are new options, features, frameworks every day. It is not always possible to know everything. What is important, however, is the willingness to work on topics, to be open to new ideas and to assume responsibility for customers. And I can do all that at t2informatik.”

How does t2informatik work?

What can you expect when you start with us as a web software developer?

Workplace:
We develop in our offices at Buelowstr. 66, 10783 Berlin, in our home office or at customer sites. Simply as it best suits the project and personal situation.

Onboarding:
A good induction is the basis for a successful cooperation. And we want to work together successfully. So we offer an innovative working environment with state-of-the-art hardware (currently, for example, the latest devices from the Dell XPS 13 series and 4K monitors), height-adjustable desks, comfortable seating, coffee and tea. Of course, you will also have a contact person for questions. We will discuss exactly how the induction will proceed on an individual basis.

Collaboration:
Lone fighters, pair programming and development in larger teams – we have it all. Especially for the lone fighters, the exchange among each other and the togetherness is very important. It’s good that we see ourselves as a unit, and we help each other to master tricky challenges.

Exchange and knowledge transfer:
Exchange and knowledge transfer are important. During the pandemic, we do without the monthly face-to-face meeting of all staff members for exchange. Instead, we talk online about projects and developments, about challenges with clients and about the advantages and disadvantages of new technologies. To put it bluntly: online collaboration also works great!

What do we value?
Passion and fun, community and feedback, further education, responsibility, knowledge transfer and team spirit – that’s what we stand for and what makes us tick. Together we programme cool software, together we develop further.

More information:
We offer a modern working environment, individual customer projects, flexible working hours and models, a great corporate culture, a safe working environment, good pay and many opportunities for further training.

Here you will find more information about us.
