You have already gained first work experience and want to take the next step? You are already an expert or geek and technical challenges are important to you? Great, because we want to strengthen our team in the area of software development.
If you are interested in modern technologies, responsibility, cooperation, attention to detail and clean code, then take a look at our open positions:
The development of applications, the migration of existing applications and the integration of solutions – the range of challenges faced by our customers is wide. For this spectrum we are looking for experts who are enthusiastic about designing software and IT architectures and who are able to drive the development of innovative applications and services.
If you are confident that you can optimise existing architectures or design new ones, and also have several years of professional experience as a software developer or software architect, then these two positions might be a good fit:
Freelancer and unsolicited applications

You want to make a difference, but you do not find yourself in the roles mentioned above. Then we look forward to receiving your unsolicited application to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Why should you become part of our team?
Perhaps you are wondering why you should apply to t2informatik as a software developer, software architect or project manager? There are very good reasons:
All beginnings are easy
We all had a first day at work at some point. We know how important it is to get settled in. Of course, a well-equipped workplace with a good computer is waiting for you. Of course a contact person is always available for you. And of course you will work together with several colleagues in a development project at the beginning.
Longstanding and new customers
We have been working with many of our customers for several years. We know the challenges on site, the boundary conditions and the contact persons. We continuously help these companies with software development. Of course we are happy about the trust. It is also nice that we regularly win new customers, so that it always remains exciting.
We love technical challenges
Software development is not easy. Especially not if you regularly develop new components using new frameworks or technologies. Since we work in teams, we learn in projects and from each other, we master many challenges. And of course we celebrate our successes together.
The right workplace
Our software developers and architects work in our offices in Berlin, in their home office or on site at customers’ premises. Some of our colleagues work once a week at our customers, spend three days in their home office and one day in our office. Simply as it suits the situation and always in consultation.
We are a team
Since our employees work in different places, we meet once a month to exchange ideas. We report on projects and developments. We discuss with each other. And we try out new technologies together. That’s a lot of fun, but also challenges the brain cells. It’s good that we also barbecue and play ping-pong together.
We work agile
High-quality software does not fall from the sky. We have been working agile with Scrum and Kanban for many years. We have made very good experiences with it and our customers appreciate the regular exchange with us. So both sides win: We understand what the customer needs, and the customer gets what he expects from us.
