Heiko Bartlog has more than 20 years of project experience, as a consultant, trainer, coach in many facets. He has been a "host for innovation" for several years and accompanies companies on their way to agility, better collaboration and successful innovation. He uses techniques such as Scrum, Effectuation, Lean Startup, Management 3.0 and Liberating Structures to make change a practical experience. In 2018, together with Olaf Hinz, he published the book "#PM2025 - Projekte. Good. Machen" on the future of project work.
