With over 20 years of professional experience, she is an experienced personnel consultant, coach, business facilitator and trainer. Kristin is owner of Eissfeldt Consulting, International Partner of the Conscious Business Institute (CBI) in California and cooperation partner of the FORMWELT Institute. As an expert in leadership and awareness development, her motivation is to design work forms that function more sustainably and consciously.
