Chris Kny, Scrum Master

Chris Kny is a Scrum Master at DATEV eG. In addition to his work with teams, he is concerned with systems theory according to Niklas Luhmann and supports with his insights from this in the form of communication formats and impulses on the topic of "decision-making". As a member of two improvisation theatre ensembles, he knows about the power of the moment and creative collaboration.
