Lilian Gehrke-Vetterkind, Systemic Consultant
Lilian Gehrke-Vetterkind holds a degree in business administration and is a systemic consultant for organisational development and change management. Together with her husband, she founded her own consulting company at the beginning of 2021 and advises companies on (gender) diversity and corporate culture. She prefers to use the Storylistening method to find solutions and establish measures.
Previously, Ms Gehrke-Vetterkind worked for many years as a consultant for personnel and organisational development as well as a trainer and moderator in the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. During her time at Corona, she got to know all the advantages of social networks and online conference tools. But even though she enjoys attending online events or conducting them herself, she loves the direct exchange with people.
