“Our customers’ application landscapes have often grown heterogeneously and are complex. Reducing this complexity with redesign and modularization is what excites me. The fact that we always keep an eye on the latest technologies is a particular plus with t2informatik.”
How do you work at t2informatik?
What can you expect when you start with us as a Software Architect (m/f/d)?
Workplace:
Depending on the task and individual situation, you will either spend some time working at our customers’ premises, in our offices at Buelowstr. 66, 10783 Berlin or in a home office. The aim is to understand the existing situation of the customer, the requirements, the existing techniques and tools as best as possible. This understanding is the basis for optimising an existing software architecture or designing and developing a completely new solution.
Onboarding:
A good familiarisation is very important. We have had good experiences with individual familiarisation and cooperation at eye level. Of course, this also includes an innovative working environment with state-of-the-art hardware (e.g. the latest devices from the Dell XPS 13 series with 4K monitors), height-adjustable desks, comfortable seating, coffee and tea. And of course, you will also get a specific contact person for questions.
Collaboration:
Lone wolves, pair programming and development in larger teams – we have it all. Especially for the lone warriors, the exchange among each other and the togetherness is very important. It’s good that we see ourselves as a unit and that we help each other to master tricky challenges. We are experts in .NET, Java and web technologies and as such like to learn. If you like to work innovatively and want to become an expert yourself, then you’ve come to the right place.
Exchange:
Exchange is important. We discuss projects and developments, we try out new technologies. We discuss advantages and disadvantages and learn with and from each other. We do this in our beautiful offices or online.
What do we value?
Passion and fun, community and feedback, further education, responsibility, knowledge transfer and team spirit – that’s what we stand for and that’s what makes us special. Together we programme cool software, together we develop further.
Further information:
We offer you an innovative working environment, individual customer projects, flexible working hours and models, a great corporate culture, a safe working environment, good pay and many opportunities for further training.
